Delete Your Kenekoi Account

Delete from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account is inside Kenekoi:

1. Open the Kenekoi app.
2. Go to Profile & Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the warning and confirm deletion.

In short: open app → Profile & Settings → Delete Account. The app will send the deletion request for the currently signed-in account. After deletion, you will be signed out and the deleted account cannot be restored.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. Please email us from the email address used for your Kenekoi account whenever possible.

Email deletion request

Include this information:

• Your Kenekoi account email address.
• Your Kenekoi username, if you know it.
• A short line saying: "Please delete my Kenekoi account."

Do not send your password, OTP code, Google access token, or other sensitive secret. We may ask you to verify account ownership before we process the request.

What data is deleted or anonymized

When your Kenekoi account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with the account, including:

• Account information, such as email, username, display name, date of birth, and phone number.
• Login-related account records for Kenekoi.
• Course progress and saved app activity.
• Other saved app data tied directly to the account.

What may be retained

Some limited data may be retained where required for legitimate reasons, such as security, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, backups, or server logs. We keep retained data only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify your account may also remain.

Processing time

In-app account deletion is submitted immediately for the signed-in account. Verified email requests are normally processed within 30 days. Backup copies and logs may take longer to expire through normal retention cycles.
