1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using the Kenekoi mobile app, web app, APIs, pages, and related services. In these terms, "Kenekoi", "we", "us", and "our" mean the Kenekoi app and service.

By using Kenekoi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Kenekoi for an organization, school, or other group, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for that group.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to save learning progress, unlock units, or use other personalized features. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account.

• Use an email address that you can access.
• Do not share OTP codes, access tokens, or other login secrets.
• Tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
• Keep profile information lawful, accurate, and respectful.

3. Learning content and user content

Kenekoi may include courses, reading material, quizzes, practice content, uploaded files, profile details, and other learning materials. Some content may be created or uploaded by users, staff, or service providers.

If you upload or submit content to Kenekoi, you confirm that you have the rights needed to use it and to let Kenekoi store, process, display, and transmit it for app functionality, support, security, and improvement.

Do not upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise not appropriate for a learning service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Kenekoi or interfere with other users, the service, or the systems that run the service.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
• Do not bypass limits, unlock rules, or security controls.
• Do not upload malware, spam, automated abuse, or harmful files.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Kenekoi for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.

5. Premium subscriptions

Kenekoi may offer a Premium subscription that unlocks the features and content shown on the purchase screen while the subscription is active. Available benefits may change as the service develops, subject to applicable law and app store requirements.

Subscriptions purchased in the mobile app are billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The price, currency, taxes, billing period, and any trial or introductory offer shown by the app store before you confirm the purchase are the terms that apply to that purchase.

A monthly auto-renewing subscription renews and is charged each billing period until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel it from Me - Manage or cancel subscription in Kenekoi or directly from your app store subscription settings. Uninstalling Kenekoi or deleting your Kenekoi account does not cancel an app store subscription.

After cancellation, Premium access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless the purchase is refunded or the app store or applicable law requires a different result. Refund requests and eligibility are handled under the app store's rules and applicable law. Contact support@kenekoi.com if you need help identifying or managing a Kenekoi subscription.

6. Service changes

Kenekoi may change over time. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, content, limits, or availability. We may also suspend or stop access when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your Kenekoi account from inside the app or request deletion outside the app. The public deletion instructions are available at Account Delete.

Deleting your Kenekoi account does not cancel a subscription billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Cancel the subscription separately before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.

Some limited data may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, backups, or other legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Kenekoi collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes information. Please read it before using the service.

9. Disclaimers

Kenekoi is provided as a learning support service. We try to keep the service useful, accurate, and available, but we do not promise that every lesson, quiz, feature, or result will always be error-free, complete, uninterrupted, or suitable for every need.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kenekoi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption related to your use of Kenekoi.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Kenekoi changes or when legal, security, or platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last changed. Continued use of Kenekoi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
